Besides, Do Kwonâs lawyers requested the court bail for both defendants for 400,000 Euros each, which equals $436,400.
Whilst the notorious Terra Luna founder Do Kwon pleaded not guilty, the wallet associated with Do Kwon made a couple of unexpected moves, according to on-chain data. Interestingly, the wallet holder made multiple transactions totalling $7 million while Do Kwon himself was still behind bars.

According to the bail arrangement, itâs most likely that Do Kwon and his colleague will stay on house arrest in one of the defendant lawyerâs girlfriendâs apartments.
Ultimately, the bailout grant comes at a time when TerraForm Labs CEO is wanted by at least two countries â the United States and his homeland South Korea. Whether extradition or repatriation, itâs very likely that Do Kwon could face from 10 to 40 years imprisonment, according to the latest commentary by the chief of South Korean special task force.
